Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang says he will join Real Madrid to fulfil a family promise

PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG admits his future lies at Real Madrid – because of a
promise he may to his grandad.
Borussia Dortmund striker Aubameyang is one of the most sought-after players in
Europe with a host of top clubs chasing his signature.
But the 27-year-old seems destined to move to the Bernabeu this summer so he
can keep to the word he gave his family.
Aubameyang scored Dortmund’s first goal in the 2-2 draw against Real last night
that saw the Bundesliga club secure top spot in Champions League Group F.
And afterwards he was asked whether he wanted to make the switch to Madrid,
Aubameyang said: "Yes, it's a promise I made to my grandfather.
"Right now I feel very good at Dortmund, but in the future we'll see."
Aubameyang has scored 19 goals in 19 games for his club this season, and is
currently tied down to a deal until 2020.
